New Legal Service For Social Workers

The Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) and Maurice Blackburn Lawyers have announced a free legal consultation service for social workers.

The "one-stop shop" legal service is available for AASW members and their families and covers a range of different legal issues social workers currently face, including:

• Court matters;

• Consent;

• Mandatory reporting;

• Complaints; and

• Personal injury.
